Pantone has named Emerald Green as the colour of the year for 2013. This is quite a change from Tango Tangerine, 2012’s colour of the year.
From the time the announcement was made designers across the globe were busy at work ensuring that emerald green was featured in everything from makeup to home décor, and yes, in weddings and bridal fashions too. There are many ways to incorporate emerald green at your wedding.

Emerald green is fresh, original and a great colour for all seasons. It has already turned up on the red carpet, worn by Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angelina Jolie and Halle Berry is sporting a spectacular emerald engagement ring. The most important thing to remember is that your wedding should reflect your tastes as a couple and if emerald green is not your thing, then it really doesn’t matter that Pantone has named it colour of the year for 2013.
